The location was excellent even if we had to walk up a very long hill to get to the center of town. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean and adequate. After staying in several hotel without an elevator the lift was greatly appreciated.

Location: the hotel was next to the old town, and Assisi. Tried some nice meals at Anna Crispino, located so close to the property.

The location was perfect since we took the bus from the train station. Assisi is a very hilly town and if our hotel was further up the hilly streets we would of needed a taxi to take us, so we saved on that end. The room was clean and very quiet. We were able to check in at 10:00 am, perfect for catching our breath and then walk the hills.
We would return.

A very charming hotel in the old town, 2 minutes walk from the main cathedral, staff was absolutely nice, we had the typical Italian breakfast, and they had free parking garage. The room had a balcony with view over the valley.

I recently stumbled upon this hidden gem in a charming old city. The hotel is situated within the old city walls, offering a real sense of immersion into the town's rich history. The rates were more than reasonable, providing great value for money. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with ample space to walk around and even a bathtub for added comfort. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. And to top it off, the breakfast provided a satisfying start to our days of exploring.
All was superb, no improvements needed.

I recently stayed at Hotel San Pietro for a short trip to Assisi. The hotel's location was excellent, just a short walk from the Basilica di San Francesco. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the prime location. I also appreciated the convenience of the hotel's private parking lot, which made it easy to get around with a car. The room I stayed in had a balcony with a beautiful view and a bathtub, adding a touch of luxury to my stay. I was impressed with the size of the room, which was perfect for two people.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location within the old city walls at the bottom of the town is perfect for exploring. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, even with language barriers. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with basic amenities and ample space to walk around. I especially loved the rooms with bathtubs - a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast provided is enough to fuel you for a day of exploring.
All in all, everything was okay with this hotel.
